1. RESERVATIONS

All reservations made via this website are agreements between you and the hotel. We sent the information you fill out on the reservationform to the hotel. Hotels have the right to refuse reservations. We advise you to read the hotels terms and conditions regarding their cancellation policies.

All hotels listed can only be booked "on request" which means that you in most cases hear within 24 hours directly from the hotel if they can accept your reservation. The hotel will in most cases contact you by e-mail but phone or fax are possible as well.
If the hotel does not have your requested roomtype available they can make you an offer which you can accept or decline.

A reservation is only confirmed after the confirmation of the hotel to you ( in most cases they also ask for your creditcarddetails). Without this hotel confirmation there is no reservation made.

Using this website is free of charge for you, there are no reservations or handling costs.

We advise you to sent your reservationrequest at least a few days prior to your requested arrival date. This to avoid problems with the hotels cancellation policies.

All rates on this website are per room per night. Unless clearly otherwise stated ( for example in the case of a package).

2. PAYMENTS

The total amount of your reservation or package you pay directly to the hotel. In most cases you can do this upon arrival in the hotel.

Using this website is free of charge for you, there are no reservations or handling costs.

To guarantee your reservation most hotels ask for your creditcard details. On the reservationform you can fill out a telephonenumber where the hotel can contact you for this information. This only in the case they can confirm your reservation.

The hotels are only allowed to use your creditcardinformation to guarantee your reservation. They are not allowed to use it for payments prior to your arrival. Only in the case you cancel your reservation to short prior to your arrivaldate ( stated in the hotel cancellation policy) or do not show up without a cancellation the hotel has the right to charge your creditcard with a cancellation fee.

If you on the hotels request do not provide your creditcard details to guarantee the reservation this reservation will be cancelled.

The creditcard that you use must expressly be your own or one which you are legally authorised to use.

All roomrates are subject to fluctuation and we are not liable for the accuracy of these at any particular time. After confirmed reservations by the hotel they can not be changed anymore without mutual consent.

Most creditcard companies protect their clients and offer a "charge back" possiblity in the case of disputes. Always ask for a confirmation by the hotel in the case of cancellations or changes in your reservation.

3. CANCELLING OR CHANGING A RESERVATION

Cancellations or changes in reservations must be directly done with the hotel. We advise you to do this by e-mail and always ask the hotel to confirm it. If your cancellation or change is a short time prior to the arrival date we advise you to contact the hotel by telephone and for a confirmation by e-mail.

If you cancel or change your reservation to short prior to your arrival date ( stated in the hotel cancellation policy) the hotel has the right to charge your creditcard with a cancellation fee. The hotel cancellation policy is shown on the reservationform you fill out on this website and should be on the confirmation the hotel sents you.

If you do not show up without a cancellation directly to the hotel ( no-show) the total reservation amount is charged to your creditcard.

Without a written cancellationconfirmation ( letter,fax,e-mail) from the hotel it is difficult to "charge back" the cancellation charges.

All reservations made via this website are agreements between you and the hotel. We can not be held liable in the case conflicts arise.

We strongly advise you to cancel or change your reservation in time.

4. PRIVACY

In reference to the Dutch Law for Protecting Personalinformation ( Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens) we do our utmost best to protect the privacy of the visitors of our website.

All the information we collect on our website is only used to make it function in the best possible way. This with the aim to assist you in making hotelreservations. No information is given or sold to others.

5. LIABILITY

We strive to present accurate en up to date information on this website. In the case of mistakes we will change these as soon as possible.

We can not be held liable for the information and contents of this website.

We can not be held liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damage you may have as a result of using this website or not be able to use this website.

We can change hotelinformation without prior approval if this hotelinformation contains mistakes.

We will do our best to protect our website against computer virusses and other damages. A guarantee or warranty for this we cannot give.

Consumers are protected by Dutch Law against unlawfull things in terms and conditions.

6. CHANGING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We have the right to change the terms and conditions presented on this website. All changes will be dated and will be of no influence on cases prior to this date.

7. DUTCH LAW

These terms and conditions fall under Dutch Law. All disputes that arise from the usage of this website will be judgded by a dutch court.
